Freight Shipments
Some of our large items are shipped via freight carrier. These items ship via LTL freight companies like Roadway Express, Fedex Freight, Watkins, etc. Freight shipping rates are good for the lower 48 US states only; all other locations must be quoted on case-by-case basis.

Commercial deliveries are designated for dock to dock deliveries. Freight carriers do not supply liftgate service unless requested by the consignee. Please let us know if you will need liftgate service to get your merchandise off the back of the truck and down to the ground. Liftgate service will incur an additional service fee. In most instances the driver will not assist you in moving the merchandise inside your building once the merchandise is off the truck. Please make sure  that you have appropriate help and necessary equipment to get your items inside your building. Delivery appointments wil be made by the freight carrier using the phone number you have supplied to us. Items deignated as "Free Freight" or "Free Shipping" do not include liftgate service unless requested.

As defined by the trucking industry, Home Delivery means "curbside delivery" in a residential area. You may need assistance to move the package indoors or you might unbox the shipment and carry each piece inside individually. Some drivers will assist in getting a shipment into a garage or carport. Transit time varies between 2 and 5 days depending upon your location in the US. The freight carrier will call you on the phone number provided to schedule a delivery appointment.

Receiving Your Shipment

YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment. Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. You should have a utility knife on hand to help open the carton. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.
