took awile to recieve product once it arrived did not work and I decided no more after market parts for me. finally after checking everything over discovered a problem in wires. now icemaker works fine and has brought my faith back in after market parts,considing the price difference its almost half the price. Not anything waterfilters done to cause my problem.

Instructions didn't warn me about the connector having a lock so it was very hard disconnecting the old unit. But it installed easily when the original unit was out. Several pieces of the original unit needed to be transferred to the replacement but they went on easily. Unfortunately only three ice cubes are now made out of the eight cube tray. Turning the adjustment screw from end to end changes nothing; still three ice cubes. Flushed the water line with no improvement. The bin is now full, however.
